Why "Caring"

It's the name because it's the job

Nobody calls a locksmith on a good day. You're locked out, you've lost the only key, someone who shouldn't have a key still has one. The lock is the easy part. The person is the job.

There are a lot of locksmiths out there, so why me? Because when you call this number you get me — not a call center in another state that sells your job to whoever picks up. I quote you on the phone, I turn up when I say I will, and the number I gave you is the number you pay. If rekeying will do the job, I'm not going to sell you new locks. If I can't help, I'll tell you who can.

I treat every customer the way I'd want my own family treated. That's the whole business plan.
